Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products
Peony Sip drink test nail stickers are a personal safety aid. They screen for GHB only and are not a medical, diagnostic or forensic test. No home test is 100% accurate: a sticker that does not change color does not guarantee that a drink is safe. Results can be affected by strongly colored, milk-based or creamy drinks. Always keep watch over your drink. If you think your drink has been spiked, stop drinking it and seek help from a trusted person or local emergency services.

Prices and offers
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Time-limited offers apply only while the offer timer is running and only to the pack shown. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, with a full refund.

Returns
Your rights to cancel and return are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
