Refunds and returns

14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement through our contact page. Return the items within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full amount, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we receive the items back. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, test stickers that have been removed from their sealed pouch cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

30-day money-back guarantee
If you bought the Money-Back Guarantee add-on, you can return unused stickers in their original sealed pouch within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Package protection
If you bought Package Protection and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we resend it or refund it in full.
